Correction between the ages of 7-10 years old helps to develop jaws that can handle the teeth within them and can be guided in growth and development rather than doing a more complex and aggressive approach.

1. Overbites: We can help the lower jaw grow forward. If not corrected will most likely need extraction of permanent teeth or jaw surgery.

2. Underbites: We can get the upper jaw to grow forward. If not corrected will most likely need jaw surgery.

3. Crowding: We can help the upper and lower jaw to grow big enough to handle all the teeth. If not corrected will most likely need extractions of permanent teeth or may need gum surgery in the future.

4. Crossbites: We can help the upper jaw to grow wider. If not corrected will most likely need jaw surgery to widen the upper jaw.

5. Impacted Teeth: We can create room for teeth to erupt into the mouth properly. If not corrected will need surgical uncovering and forced eruption into the mouth.
